In March 2017, TOPS reached a cooperation agreement with Jingdian (Heyuan) Display Technology Co., Ltd. and Jingdian (Heyuan) Display Technology Co., Ltd. TOPS's "Cold and Hot Shock Test Chamber" won the order by defeating Japan's "Espek" with its leading technological advantages.

Jingdian was founded by a group of scholars in 1978 and has now become one of the pioneers in the manufacturing of liquid crystal displays in Asia. In 1991, Jingdian was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In 2016, Jingdian International Co., Ltd. signed a subscription agreement with BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. BOE subscribed to over 50% of Jingdian International's share capital by subscribing to Jingdian International's additional shares.

BOE (BOE) was founded in April 1993. At present, BOE (BOE) is transforming from a semiconductor display technology, product and service provider to an IoT technology, product and service provider. The core businesses include display devices, smart systems, and health services. The product is widely used in fields such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops, monitors, televisions, cars, digital information displays, healthcare, financial applications, wearable devices, etc. As of the fourth quarter of 2016, BOE's global market share has continued to increase: the market share of smartphone LCD displays, tablet displays, and laptop displays ranks first in the world, while the market share of display screens has risen to second in the world. The market share of TV LCD displays remains third in the world.
